Join Our Dynamic Team as a Dietitian Job Description: - Position: Dietitian - Type: Day 4x8-Hour Shift (07:00 - 15:00) - Location: Flexible start times available between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM - Experience Required: Inpatient adult Registered Dietitian within the last 6 months - Certifications: - RD/RDN - WA DOH-CD license (preferred) Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize nutritional care for inpatient adults - Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized treatment plans - Proficiently write enteral and parenteral nutrition orders - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, Social Services, and more Skills and Knowledge: - Expertise in managing: - Lab Monitoring - Blood Glucose/A1C - Lipid Panels - Fluid/Electrolyte Requirements - Malabsorption Syndromes - Experience with conditions such as: - Cancer - Diabetes - Chronic wounds - Oral Dysphagia - Morbid Obesity Work Environment: - Short Term Acute Care / Level II Trauma Center - Total Staffed Beds: 629 - Teaching Hospital - Expected patient ratios of 8-10 per day Scheduling Details: - No on-call requirement - No weekend shifts - One pre-approved time off request per contract Additional Information: - Will float between units and be notified in advance - Charting system: Epic - Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
