We are looking for dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to provide exceptional anesthesia services at Moses Cone. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a comprehensive, fast-paced environment where your expertise truly matters. In this critical role, you'll deliver anesthesia care across diverse departments including general surgery, orthopedics, gyn, ENT, vascular, thoracic, heart, neuro, trauma, and more. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment like Drager anesthesia machines and Phillips monitors, while contributing to patient safety and comfort. Your expertise will support over 60 cases daily, across all age groups, in a facility that values professionalism and excellence. Required Skills: Current Board Certification as a CRNA North Carolina state license or willingness to license for a Compact license Minimum of 1-2 years of anesthesia experience (no new graduates) ACLS and PALS certification Ability to float across multiple OR and NORA locations as needed Flexibility to work full-time, 5x8 shifts (7 AM - 3 PM), with no consecutive days off and availability to work holiday shifts at 1.5x pay Strong clinical skills in vascular, neuro, and pediatric anesthesia preferred Nice to Have Skills: Experience with hearts and lungs (though not required at Moses Cone) Familiarity with EPIC EMR system Additional certifications or specialty training in anesthesia Preferred Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited anesthesia program 1-2 years of recent clinical anesthesia experience in a hospital setting Current North Carolina CRNA license or eligibility for a Compact license Other Requirements: Ability to work flexible shifts; must be available for float coverage Commitment to maintaining certifications and licensure Willingness to participate in credentialing process (expected to be 60-90 days) Compensation: Hourly Rate: $202.80 Overtime Pay: 1.5x hourly rate after scheduled shifts, with scheduled OT shifts subject to cancellation Holiday pay at 1.5x rate for specified holidays including New Year s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Enhance your professional journey with a role that offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and robust support.
