Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Psychiatry/Mental Health-NP - Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner- (Out-Patient|IOP and In-Patient Mix)--St. Louis, Missouri We are currently seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to work in an Out-Patient, Intensive Outpatient, In-Patient setting in St. Louis, MO. The Provider would work (Mon-Fri) 8am to 5pm and one weekend per month. The PMHNP would provide psychiatric care to a predominantly adult patient population that suffers from depression, anxiety, Bi-Polar Disorder, Schizophrenia and other co-occurring disorders but would also see patients suffering from chemical dependency. The ideal candidate would be Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and is interested in working in a private practice setting with an interest in working with patients suffering from chemical dependency. The Psychiatrist providers very good collaborative support and training! Requirements of the Position: • Must be a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner • Missouri License Preferred | PMH-Certification Required (Adult PMHNP or Family PMHNP) • Candidates interested in working in a fast paced and incentive based setting with excellent collaborative support. • Interest in working with Chemically Dependent Patients • Pass a Background check | and credentialing Benefits of the Position: • Excellent collaborative training and support • Competitive base salary of $110,000-$120,000 (depending upon experience) plus incentive base plan so most providers will achieve $145,000-$150,000 in income with production incentives • Full time Mon-Fr (8:00 am-5:00 pm or 4|10 schedule) • Malpractice Coverage $1.000,000 |$3,000.000 Covered • Generous PTO Time • Medical | Dental | Vision and Life Insurance | 401K • Generous incentive based model based on a percentage of net collections • $1,000 CME Allowance and Signing Bonus! Responsibilities of the Position • Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00pm schedule or 4|10 schedule • Patient Adult Psychiatric Patients with a variety of Psychiatric Disorders including Medication Management • One new Psychiatric Evaluation every 1 hour and follow-up med|checks every 15-20 minutes. • Working in a fast paced team environment • Working in an IP|IOP|OP Setting with patients suffering from Chemical Dependency.
