Customer Service Associate for Warehouse Operations

The Customer Service Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction within warehouse operations. This position involves directly interacting with customers, ensuring their needs are met while representing their goals within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Organize and input data accurately, including creating shipping documents and entering load receipts using various computer applications. Maintain adherence to customer specifications and organizational procedures in communication, document processing, billing, and inventory management. Initiate and assist in cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accurate stock levels. Effectively resolve customer issues, escalating to the customer service supervisor or operations manager as necessary. Communicate relevant information internally and externally to support warehouse operations and enhance customer experience. Perform routine clerical tasks, including filing data and managing office supplies. Exhibit strong attention to detail and technical proficiency in software, hardware, and networks. Demonstrate motivation, goal orientation, persistence, and negotiation skills. Work collaboratively within a team environment while managing stress and meeting deadlines. Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Customer Service, ideally in a warehouse setting. High school diploma is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Physical Requirements: While performing duties, employees will need to stand, walk, sit, and use hands for handling tools and equipment. The role may require reaching or stooping occasionally.
