Locums - Detroit, Michigan CRNA Opportunity Clinical Role Join a busy Level I Trauma Center providing high-quality anesthesia care in a collaborative, hospital-based environment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CRNAs seeking flexible day shifts, no call, and exposure to diverse surgical cases.Start Date: May 1, 2026Assignment Type: Coverage for employee leave and vacationPosition Highlights:Flexible shift options (8, 10, or 12 hours)No call requiredHigh-acuity, Level I Trauma environmentBroad case mix with adult and limited pediatric patientsStrong team-based care model under supervision Schedule & Coverage Day shifts only (8, 10, or 12 hours)Flexible scheduling based on facility needsNo nights or call requirements Clinical Details & Responsibilities Setting: Hospital-based (Level I Trauma Center)Patient population: Adults with limited pediatricsCase Mix Includes:General surgeryNeurosurgical casesDeep sedation / MACVentilation managementOversight of physician-administered regional anesthesiaResponsibilities Include:Preoperative assessments and patient educationAdministering and monitoring anesthesiaManaging ventilation and intraoperative careResponding to emergencies in coordination with care teamsCollaborating with anesthesiologists, surgeons, RNs, and techsAccurate documentation in Epic EMRParticipation in quality and safety initiatives Support & Technology Supervised care modelCollaborative perioperative team environmentTechnology:EMR: Epic Requirements Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)NBCRNA Board Certification requiredActive Michigan RN license required (must be in hand at submission)BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA) requiredClean malpractice and license history requiredMust be willing to work variable day shiftsNo new graduatesRecruitWell can arrange a phone call with you and the client to discuss this opportunity in more detail.
