Order Selector (2nd Shift) We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Selector to join a fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in operations by accurately and efficiently selecting products for our customers. This position offers an opportunity to grow within the company and develop valuable skills in logistics and distribution. Schedule & Compensation Shift: Monday Friday, 2:00 PM 10:00 PM (or until the job is complete). Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour. Core Responsibilities Accurate Picking: Select products based on customer orders with high precision. Quality Control: Ensure all items are in good condition and match order requirements (quantity, SKU, quality). Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, specifically Cherry Picker, Stand-Up Forklift, and Forklift Reach. Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all company safety procedures. Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals and customer demands. Requirements for Success Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations is required. Equipment Skills: Must be proficient in utilizing a Cherry Picker. Comfort with Heights: Must be comfortable working at heights (utilizing a stock picker/reach truck). Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in fulfilling orders. Reliability: Willingness to work flexible hours and stay until the daily job is completed. Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
