tdgFacilities is looking for a full-time Commercial Mobile Maintenance Technician to support multiple customers in the Columbus, Ohio Region. We also like to utilize skillsets such as commercial window cleaning, commercial garage door repair, drywall and construction experience to better serve our clients. This position includes a company vehicle. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Work courteously with a team of technicians across various client locations.Perform general maintenance tasks related to light electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairsSupport general diagnostics within a variety of facility footprintsPerform general carpentry tasks including patching, painting, drywall, and related tasksSafely and properly operate/maintain equipment and tools. Including, gas-powered equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers.General building maintenance including performing timely repairs and scheduled maintenance on building equipment, and experience with painting and drywall preferred. Ability to maintain detailed and complete records of landscaping, maintenance, repair, and testing activities.Maintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelines.Use computer to modify and monitor work order management system.Other tasks as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:3+ years' experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance and/ or Landscaping ServicesStrong mechanical aptitudeHighly organizedAbility to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction.Excellent time management skillsEffective communication skillsMust be able to pass background checks, drug screening.Required to have a good driving record, and an active driver's licenseCOMPENSATION: Pay commensurate with experience (range from $24-$32/hour)BENEFITS: Health, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, 401K with matching, Phone Stipend, and more. tdgFacilities is full-service facilities management company based in Cincinnati, OH with over 6M square feet under management in OH, IN, KY, TN, GA, AL & FL.
