Nocturnist - Full-TimeSyracuse, New YorkPosition Overview Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician Full-time Nocturnist role Established, physician-led Hospitalist team Mission-driven, collegial environment Strong subspecialty backup Schedule 7-on / 7-off rotation 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Weekends included in rotation No additional call requirement (coverage provided during scheduled night shifts) Clinical Responsibilities Overnight inpatient care Admissions and cross-coverage Closed ICU rounding on Hospitalist patients Comprehensive H&Ps Manage acute changes in patient condition Coordinate discharge and follow-up planning Collaborate with subspecialists and multidisciplinary teams EMR: EPIC Candidate Requirements (Quick Screen) Board Certified or Board Eligible - Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Experience Required (No new graduates) Not accepting Locums candidates Not accepting Visa candidates Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary - Salary: $320,320 per year Productivity and quality bonuses $15,000 sign-on bonus $4,500 annual CME allowance Paid time off, including CME days Medical, dental, vision coverage Paid malpractice with tail 403(b) with employer match Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) RecruitWell's Core Values: Open communication Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness
