Forklift Operator A premier manufacturer of high-performance and industrial tires is seeking a precision-focused Forklift Operator to join their state-of-the-art distribution center. This is a high-volume environment where safety and efficiency are top priorities. Key Responsibilities Operate heavy-duty forklifts to transport large-scale industrial and passenger tires. Safely load outbound trailers and unload inbound shipments, ensuring weight distribution is balanced for tire stacks. Utilize RF scanners to track product movement and maintain 100% inventory accuracy. Perform daily equipment inspections and adhere to strict OSHA warehouse safety standards. Accurately pull tire sets based on digital pick-slips to meet tight shipping deadlines. Requirements & Qualifications 2+ years of experience operating a forklift in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting. Valid Forklift Certification (OSHA compliant) is required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. Proficiency with RF handheld scanners and basic digital inventory systems. High spatial awareness for navigating narrow aisles and stacking large, heavy products securely.
