This position typically pays $18 to $26 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, shift differential pay for overnight shifts, weekend pay, and performance or attendance bonuses depending on shift and location. Both full-time and part-time positions are commonly available, with part-time shifts often available in the evening or overnight and full-time schedules typically offering consistent weekly hours. Warehouse Workers are responsible for picking orders using pick sheets or handheld scanners, building pallets, shrink-wrapping pallets, loading trucks, unloading deliveries, organizing inventory, cleaning work areas, and maintaining warehouse organization. The role is physically active and requires frequent lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
