Paid sick time. 24/7 Support Holiday pay (1.5x) Our pay rates are competitive with other home care companies. Flexible shifts - Weekday, Weekend, and overnights opportunities. Shifts range from 2 hours to 12 hours. Shifts are available throughout the metro area (Denver, Aurora, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Parker, and Castle Rock) Orientations happen each week. What you'll be doing: Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes. Provide assistance with personal care. Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises. Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding. Properly manage household needs. Provide companionship and respite services for the family. Driving to appointments and errands What we're looking for: A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible. High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate. Access to reliable transportation. Drivers license and access to reliable vehicle Pass a Background and drug screen. Previous experience as an at home caregiver or in senior communities is a bonus.
