Warehouse Worker The main responsibility of this position will be picking orders based on pick slips within the warehouse. Candidates will be on their feet throughout the shift, engaging in tasks such as picking orders, unloading new shipments, and preparing outbound shipments. Responsibilities: Pick orders based on custom pick orders. Prepare and label shipments. Utilize carts to pull orders. Keep track of picked orders. Maintain a clean work space. Be comfortable standing on feet all day. Undergo training to understand organization and picking methods. Essential Skills: Packing Inventory management Picking General labor Packaging Loading Pallet jack operation Order fulfillment Unloading Labeling Warehouse inventory management Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience working in a warehouse environment. Ability to pick orders using a pick sheet. Comfortable lifting 30 lbs. constantly. Good attention to detail when picking orders. Prior stand-up forklift experience is preferred, though not required. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Albertville, MN. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
