Required Skills: Current NBCRNA board certificationValid Pennsylvania state licensureACLS certificationProficiency in general anesthesia administration, regional anesthesia (spinals, epidurals), and MACExpertise in airway management, including difficult airway techniques and intubationVentilator management and IV sedation skillsExperience with pain management techniquesAbility to perform pre-anesthesia assessment and post-anesthesia careCompetence in managing cases independently from pre-op to PACUFamiliarity with Epic EMR systemStrong decision-making skills during intraoperative emergenciesNice to Have Skills: Experience in managing anesthesia complications such as malignant hyperthermia and hypotensionAdvanced airway rescue capabilitiesAbility to quickly learn and adapt to facility protocolsExperience with Cesarean sections and obstetric anesthesiaKnowledge of hemodynamic monitoring in complex casesPreferred Education and Experience: Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practicePrior experience working in hospital or surgical center settingsDemonstrated ability to work both independently and collaborativelyOther Requirements: Pennsylvania state license and DEA registrationWillingness to obtain necessary credentials within approximately 60 daysAbility to work flexible day shifts, primarily from 7:00 AM with varying end timesLocal candidates preferred; travel and lodging expenses may be reimbursed if applicableVaccinations as mandated by healthcare regulationsThis position offers an attractive hourly pay rate of $232.80, with compensation at $315 per hour and 1.5x overtime and holiday pay.
