Join Our Dynamic Anesthesiology Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Are you a dedicated CRNA seeking a rewarding opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment? We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to become a vital part of our anesthesiology department. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse case mix in a state-of-the-art facility, providing vital anesthesia services across multiple specialties. Your expertise will ensure safe, effective, and personalized anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical procedures, supporting our mission of excellence in healthcare delivery. Required Skills: Valid and active CRNA certification and state licensureProven experience in anesthetic administration across various surgical specialtiesExcellent clinical judgment and decision-making skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work independently within a medically supervised, care team modelProficiency in monitoring and managing anesthesia in a variety of procedural settingsNice to Have Skills: Experience with robotic and minimally invasive proceduresFamiliarity with pediatric anesthesia and complex case managementBilingual communication skillsAdditional certifications such as ACLS or PALSPreferred Education and Experience: Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of post-graduate anesthesia practicePrior experience in a hospital or surgical center environment involving ENT, general, orthopedic, pediatric, vascular, thoracic, Urology, and regional proceduresOther Requirements: Availability to work day shifts from 07:00 to 19:00, 5 days a weekWillingness to support multiple ORs, GI rooms, bronchoscopy, and cath labTravel or licensure reimbursement as applicableCompliance with all healthcare laws, regulations, and safety protocolsThis is an exceptional opportunity to join a collaborative, supportive team that values your expertise and commitment.
