Construction Skilled Laborer (CDL Driver) We are hiring Construction Skilled Laborers with a Class A CDL to support underground utility construction projects in the Tempe / Phoenix area. This role involves physical labor, operating small construction equipment, driving company trucks, and assisting with underground utility installation. Responsibilities: Perform manual labor for underground utility construction projects Assist with trenching, digging, and conduit installation Load and unload materials and equipment Operate small construction equipment as needed Drive company trucks to and from job sites Maintain clean and safe job sites Follow direction from the Foreman and crew leads Requirements: Valid Class A CDL Current DOT Medical Card OSHA 10 Certification Clean driving record Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to work as part of a construction crew Preferred: Experience in underground or utility construction Bilingual English/Spanish Benefits: 401(k) with company match Health, vision, and life insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Work Location: Phoenix / Tempe, AZ Job Type: Full-Time
