Concierge Nursing & Private In-Home Care ServicesReports to: RN Case Manager / Clinical SupervisorEmployment Type: Per-Diem / Part-Time / Full-TimeLocation: In-home private clients throughout Pierce, King, Thurston, and Kitsap CountiesCompany: Excellence in Healthcare Staffing LLCOverviewThe CNA/ACA provides high-touch, compassionate, and professional in-home care to private-pay concierge clients recovering from surgery, transitioning from inpatient care, or requiring temporary support with personal care and safety. This role supports the RN care plan, promotes client independence, and ensures a safe, dignified home environment.DutiesDirect Client CareProvide ADL assistance: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, hygiene, mobility, transfers, meal prep.Take and document vital signs; report concerns to RN.Support post-operative recovery and RN-delegated tasks.Medication reminders only.Light housekeeping related to client careMaintain dignity, privacy, and safety.Clinical & DocumentationDocument care in HIPAA-compliant EHRFollow care plan and communicate changes.Participate in updates, shift reports, and care-plan reviews.Maintain infection control and safety standards.Professionalism & Client ExperienceDeliver concierge-level service.Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.Communicate clearly with clients, families, and supervisors.Required QualificationsActive WA CNA license or NAR/ACA.CPR/BLS certification.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.Clear background and reference checksAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform transfers.Strong interpersonal and independent work skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in private duty, concierge care, or behavioral health.Training in trauma-informed care or dementia care.EHR experience.CompetenciesCompassion, reliability, safety awareness, communication, adaptability.Working ConditionsIn-home enviornments; travel required; may involve weekends/overnights/holidays.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay, flexible scheduling, paid training, CE opportunities, supportive leadership.Why Work With Us?Excellence in Healthcare Staffing provides a supportive clinical environment, prioritizing safety, service, and behavioral-health-informed care.Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person recblid 93i337u8n43j9dwto4hg7au8xmiqt2
