APP - Hospitalist OpportunityLocation: Helena, MTPosition Summary:Seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a Hospitalist team.Provide inpatient care in collaboration with Hospitalist physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.Manage a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions for hospitalized adult patients.Key Responsibilities:Perform patient assessments, admissions, rounding, and discharges.Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging.Communicate effectively with consulting services, nursing staff, and care management teams.Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record.Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.Schedule & Coverage:Block scheduling or rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.Shared responsibility for call coverage as assigned.Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.Board-certified or board-eligible.Eligible for Montana licensure.Inpatient or Hospitalist experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training considered.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits package.Paid time off and CME allowance.Malpractice coverage.Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus may be available.Community Highlights - Helena, MT:State capital offering a blend of outdoor recreation and small-city living.Access to hiking, skiing, fishing, and year-round outdoor activities.Safe, family-friendly community with a strong quality of life. by Jobble
