Location: Phoenix, AZ Schedule: Full‑time | Onsite Overview We are seeking an entry‑level Warehouse Associate to support daily manufacturing and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a foundation in manufacturing, logistics, and material handling within a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, stage, and move raw materials and finished goods Pick, pack, and prepare orders for internal production or outbound shipment Perform basic inventory checks and assist with cycle counts Operate pallet jacks and other material‑handling equipment (training provided) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures Support general warehouse and manufacturing tasks as assigned Qualifications No prior warehouse experience required (training provided) Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout shift Comfortable lifting up to 40–50 lbs Basic attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to work overtime as needed Preferred (Not Required) xywuqvp Prior exposure to warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments Familiarity with hand tools, scanners, or inventory systems Forklift or pallet jack experience - certifications What’s Offered Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities Stable, full‑time schedule Training and skill development Opportunity for advancement within manufacturing or operations
