Dental DirectorJefferson City, MO Lead with purpose in a thriving, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center serving patients of all ages in Jefferson City, Missouri. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role as Dental Director where you can shape clinical programs , mentor providers, and expand access to high-quality dental services in our growing community. Position Highlights: • 2 days Admin Time and 3 Days Patient Care, No weekends • HPSA score of 23 for our FQHC with a school based mobile dental unit and 3 satellite clinics all within 30 minutes of our main clinic in Cole County. • Lead a team of 9 dentists, 4 hygienists, 18 dental assistants, and 1 sterile technician • Oversee compliance, quality initiatives, and clinical protocols and c ollaborate with leadership on budgeting and growth strategy Compensation & Benefits: • $200,000-$240,000 annual salary (commensurate with experience) • Up to $15K Sign-on bonus/ relocation assistance • Top student loan repayment (HPSA score of 23) • Medical, dental, vision insurance • Retirement plan with employer contribution (401k/403b) • Generous PTO, CE allowance, and Life insurance Qualifications: • DDS or DMD from an accredited program • Active Missouri license (or eligible) • 5+ years clinical experience • Strong leadership and mentorship skills • Passion for community and public health • Enjoy small-town charm, affordable living, and strong schools-all while making a lasting impact in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
