Hours Full Time: Block scheduling, 36 hours per week, every other weekend. PRN: 12-hour shifts, as needed. Our nationally ranked facility delivers hospital-level services, comparable to those provided on a medical-surgical unit. You'll collaborate with an exceptional interdisciplinary team to care for patients with complex medical needs, including: Intravenous therapy Surgical & wound care Tracheostomy management Mobility assistance Lines, tubes, and drains management You will be a key contributor in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that drives optimal recovery outcomes. Position Highlights at a Glance Average Length of Stay: 1014 days Patient Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, orthopedic, complex medical & more Collaborative Care Environment: PT/OT/ST, physicians, respiratory therapy, case managers & more Advanced Clinical Experience: IVs, trachs, wound care, lines, tubes, and drains Schedules: 12-hour shifts | 3 days/week | Rotating weekends/holidays with differential pay Every RN is trained as a charge nurse to cover as needed What You'll Need Current RN License (State of AZ) BLS required 1+ year of experience preferred (Acute care a plus) CRRN preferred Ready to Make a Difference and Love Where You Work?
