Required Skills: Active and unrestricted Medical License in Texas or eligibility to obtain one Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Proven experience in obstetric care, including labor and delivery management Excellent clinical judgment and strong communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with hospital staff Nice to Have Skills: Experience working as a hospitalist in a obstetric setting Knowledge of electronic medical records systems Bilingual abilities are a plus Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years of recent OB hospitalist experience Prior locum or temporary assignment experience is advantageous Other Requirements: Willingness to work a flexible schedule starting December 31, 2025 Certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS) Travel, licensure, certification, and other reimbursements covered when applicable Compensation for this position is $195.00 per hour, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
