Job DescriptionPERMANENT – OB/GYN Physician Langhorne, Pennsylvania Start Date:ASAP Clinic + Inpatient OB | 24-Hour In-House Call Rotation 365 Healthcare is seeking aPERMANENT OB/GYN Physicianto join an established and growing women’s health practice inLanghorne, Pennsylvania . This opportunity includes weekday clinic coverage with rotating24-hour in-house call , shared weekend responsibilities, and practice integration within a comprehensive women’s multispecialty ambulatory center, offering a collaborative, high-quality care environment. Schedule Monday – Friday clinic schedule Rotating24-hour in-house call Post-call day:light administrative duties only Weekend call:every 6th weekend Call rotation:1:6 Practice Details Established4.5-FTE OB/GYN practice , expanding to add one physician Primary site: new ambulatory campus inLanghorne Secondary site rotation possible inNortheast Philadelphia(based on volume) Patient population includesadult and obstetric patients Approximately80% low-risk pregnancies C-section rate:25–30% Approximately1,200 deliveries per year Level II Nursery Multispecialty women’s center with access to breast surgery, cardiology, radiation oncology, PT/OT, and more Robotic surgery platforms:Da Vinci Si and Xi EMR:Meditech Clinical Responsibilities Full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care Routine and high-risk obstetrics Cesarean sections Laparoscopic gynecologic procedures D&C and management of missed abortions Robotic-assisted gynecologic surgery Participation in inpatient coverage and call rotation Collaborative care within a multidisciplinary team Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible inOB/GYN(within 5 years of residency) ActivePennsylvania licenseor willingness to obtain Experience withC-sections and complicated deliveries Robotic surgery training ( Da Vinci Si/Xi ) BLS certification DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start) Clean malpractice and background history NPDB self-query required at time of presentation Compensation & Benefits Competitive starting salary:$375,000 – $400,000 Generous signing bonus Productivity and performance incentives Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage CME allowance Employer-matched retirement plan On-site fitness center access On-site child care Balanced1:6 call schedulewith protected post-call time Apply Today 365 Healthcare – Permanent Placement Division515-020-77939
