Warehouse Stocker

Warehouse Stocker We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Warehouse Stocker to join our team. The role involves loading and unloading products, stocking shelves, keeping inventory, picking orders, and preparing them for pick-up. Additionally, responsibilities include wrapping and strapping skids. Responsibilities: Load and unload products efficiently. Stock shelves and maintain inventory. Pick orders accurately and prepare them for pick-up. Wrap and strap skids securely. Use computer systems for inventory management. Participate in full cycle shipping and receiving, including picking, packing, and packaging items. Essential Skills: Possess a positive attitude and willingness to work hard. Driven and eager to learn new skills and follow directions. Forklift and tow motor experience. Comfortable with using computers daily. Well-rounded warehouse experience in picking, packaging, shipping, and receiving with a minimum of 6-8 months. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Previous shipping/receiving experience. Experience with inventory software. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Good communication and teamwork skills. Potential to operate tow motor, electric pallet jack, or similar equipment. Why Work Here? Work Environment: Work in a typical warehouse setting, specializing in shipping and receiving. Our team consists of 30 people, including national sales teams, with 5 in the shipping department and 5 in the warehouse/mechanical assembly department. The role operates from 8:15 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Be prepared to handle various sizes of pumps using hand trucks or assisted by overhead cranes. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Haven, CT. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
