Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Post-training psychiatric experience required Hiring due to growth Hospital-based role Ideal schedule is Monday-Friday, plus two weekend days per month (flexible) Several psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and a full medical team on site Primary responsibility for a unit of up to 16 patients, with flexibility to: Float to other inpatient units Perform outpatient or virtual work at the Colorado Springs office Inpatient-focused role with the option to blend outpatient and virtual care Seeking a strong full-time provider to add stability to the team Work at one site per day See 20-25 patients per day Collaborate with multiple physicians and APPs Scribes provided Dedicated team handles prior authorizations, follow-up calls, and administrative support Opportunity to participate in clinical trials, if desired Integrated methadone/detox program Group also treats medical marijuana patients Organization Information Physician-owned psychiatry group Full-time salary in the $300,000s Multi-state organization Excellent operational and clinical support Full benefits for providers working 32+ hours per week, including: Health insurance Life insurance 401(k) with 5% employer match Paid time off Lifestyle - Colorado SpringsBeautiful Natural Setting Colorado Springs sits at the base of the Rocky Mountains, offering stunning scenery and easy access to the outdoors.
