Who We're Looking For We're seeking talent across all levelswhether you're a forklift driver, data engineer, or technician, there's a place for you at NewCold. Your Role as a Forklift Operator Key responsibilities: Responsible for loading and unloading trucks while ensuring effective and efficient movement of customer product. Stacking pallets or materials in the correct manner, following inventory control instructions. Sort, pack, wrap, tie, and label products as per customers KPI's. Candidate must be able to learn and use proprietary inventory management system. Performs other duties as requested. What you bring to the table: 2+ years of work experience in related fields Ability to work out of our Lebanon, IN facility Able to work in the -5 degrees temperatures for hours at a time. Able to repeatedly lift customer products weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to work multiple shifts from 8-10 hours, sometimes standing for several hours at a time.
