Material Handler

Material Handler Wage: $19-$20/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 12:30pm-8:30pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Material Handler for a company in Saint Francis, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity. Material Handler Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To: Load and unload trailers as assigned using appropriate equipment and safety procedures Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against shipping documents Supply raw materials and components to packaging and production work centers Transport materials between warehouse and production areas Prepare finished products for shipment, including shrink wrapping, correct pallet orientation, and accurate pallet labeling Ensure proper storage and organization of materials in designated warehouse locations Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed Follow quality control guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product safety and quality Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with other warehouse and production-related duties as assigned Material Handler Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Previous material handling or manufacturing experience preferred - Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred or willingness to obtain) - Consistent work history in a manufacturing or warehouse environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions - Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly - Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the shift - Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks - Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions IND010 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
