Crew Member This is a dual brand location, meaning, this building provides Dunkin' and Jimmy John's to the Aurora community. Employees may be cross-trained between the brands. Overview: A Dunkin' Restaurant Crew Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin' operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Responsibilities include: 1. Follow brand standards, recipes, and systems 2. Follow food safety standards 3. Prepare food and beverages 4. Assemble and package orders 5. Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions 6. Maintain a clean and organized workstation 7. Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas 8. Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation 9. Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable) 10. Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests 11. Serve and communicate with guests 12. Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant 13. Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers 14. Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas Education/Experience: None Key competencies: 1. Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment 2. On time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude 3. Willingness to learn and adapt to change 4. Guest focused Physical demands/working conditions: 1. Standing on feet 2. Repetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reaching 3. Lifting objects, including boxes, ice, and product up to 20lbs (if applicable) 4.
