Non-Medical In Home Caregiver HomeWell Care Services is a trusted, locally owned home care agency committed to providing compassionate, reliable, and professional in-home support to seniors in the Northwest Valley. Position Overview We are seeking dependable and caring Non-Medical Caregivers with at least 1 year of experience in senior in-home care. If you are passionate about helping seniors remain safe and comfortable at home, we want to meet you. Responsibilities: Provide companionship and engagement Assist with light housekeeping and laundry Prepare meals and provide grocery assistance Support dressing, grooming, and hygiene Offer medication reminders Assist with mobility and fall-prevention Provide transportation for errands/appointments Document shifts accurately and communicate updates to office staff Required Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of senior in-home care experience Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background screening CPR/First Aid certification Recent TB test or ability to provide results Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
