Job Title: Cable AssemblerJob Description As a Cable Assembler, you will be responsible for cutting and stripping wires manually or using automatic equipment, soldering small wires and components with the aid of a microscope, and applying over-molding techniques using epoxy or a molding machine. You will also be tasked with applying EMI shields and scanning/testing products to ensure compliance throughout the process. Responsibilities Cut and strip wires using both manual and automatic equipment/tools. Solder small wires and components with precision, often using a microscope. Apply over-molding using epoxy or a molding machine. Conduct EMI shield application. Perform scanning and testing for product compliance checks throughout the process. Essential Skills Proficiency in assembling, mechanical assembling, and soldering. Experience with PCB boards and cable assembling. Ability to read and follow process documentation in English. Capability to read and use a ruler for measurement checks. Comfortable conducting medium to high dexterity tasks consistently. Ability to work 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday, 6am-4:30pm). Additional Skills & Qualifications Comfortable wearing an ESD bracelet/jacket while handling sensitive electronics. Experience with hand tools and mechanical assembly. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
