Join Swedish Neuroscience Institute (SNI) as a Neuro-Oncology nurse practitioner supporting a high-acuity, highly collaborative team caring for patients with complex CNS malignancies in Seattle, Washington. This role offers meaningful longitudinal relationships with patients and families, strong multidisciplinary support, and an environment built for rapid access and continuity of care. Position Highlights: Specialized neuro-oncology focus with high clinical variety and complexity Small, tight-knit team with strong physician partnership and multidisciplinary tumor board support Patient-first access model designed to see patients quickly and support continuity Meaningful work supporting patients through challenging diagnoses and treatment decisions Schedule stability with weekday clinic hours; no call requirement noted Position Details: Manage follow-up care, symptom management, and treatment support for neuro-oncology patients in collaboration with the physician team Provide medication management and supportive care within NP scope and established protocols Support inpatient consult workflows as needed and coordinate transitions between inpatient and outpatient care Coordinate infusion/IT chemotherapy workflows and care across sites (including First Hill and Issaquah as applicable) Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration, including tumor board Schedule & location: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Cherry Hill (primary site) Compensation & Benefits: Compensation is between $139,910 and $177,393 per year The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them. Qualifications & Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program; current national NP certification (AANP or ANCC) Eligible for Washington RN/ARNP licensure (and DEA/prescriptive authority as applicable) Strong clinical assessment, communication, and care-coordination skills Experience in oncology, neuro-oncology, neurology, neurosurgery, or inpatient consult care is preferred Where You'll Work Swedish Neuroscience Institute provides advanced, progressive treatment for a wide range of brain, spine and central nervous system conditions.
