What you'll do as: Paint & Assembly Technician Expert Spray Application: Manage and operate equipment associated with all primer, basecoat, and clear coat hand applications. Monitor and adjust KV settings, gun-to-part distance, and booth air flow settings for optimum coating Visually and mechanically inspect products for thickness and identify quality issues for correction. Log and interpret oven temperatures, air supply conditions, and gauge indicators. Manage part prepping procedures to ensure the highest quality final appearance of the product Maintain a clean and safe operating environment while working near moving mechanical parts Skills and Experience What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate: Have previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
