Early Morning Outbound Warehouse Associate

Join Our Warehouse Team as an Outbound Associate! Are you ready for a thrilling opportunity in a dynamic warehouse setting? As an Outbound Warehouse Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring our orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped with speed and precision. We emphasize quality and efficiency, and your role will be vital in upholding our high standards. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently locate and retrieve merchandise by accurately matching item codes and part numbers. Prepare items for shipment by placing them in totes or staging bulk items in designated areas. Label totes accurately with customer information and ensure individual weights do not exceed 60 lbs. Meet and maintain productivity standards in order picking and packing tasks. Consolidate all stock merchandise accurately for swift processing by customers. Document all products not shipped in totes without delay. Effectively operate handheld computers and/or voice picking equipment. Verify items against freight bills during the loading process to ensure correctness. Load trucks efficiently while securing freight to prevent damage. Keep picking zones well-stocked and perform necessary equipment maintenance. Assist in training new team members to support their success. Uphold strict safety standards, identifying and addressing unsafe practices promptly. Complete additional duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Fast and accurate reading and matching of numbers. Proficient mathematical skills.
