Job Title: Pick/Pack Associate Location: Johnstown Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: 1st and/or 2nd Shift | Overtime as needed Position Summary We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Pick/Pack Associates for a warehouse facility in Johnstown, Ohio. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and efficiency. Associates will be responsible for picking customer orders, packing products securely, and preparing shipments for distribution. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick products using order sheets or RF scanners Pack items safely and efficiently to prevent damage Label and stage completed shipments for outbound delivery Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow all safety procedures and company policies Assist with cycle counts and general warehouse duties as assigned Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals Qualifications Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience preferred Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs consistently Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Basic math and counting skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and in a team environment Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse setting Repetitive movements throughout the shift Seasonal temperature changes within the facility Crown Staffing provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
