With over 6,100 completed projects and approximately 87% repeat-client business, we leverage deep market knowledge to provide cost-efficient, high-quality solutions for leading brands across the U.S. Job Description Oversee daily on-site construction operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and efficiency. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on the construction site. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site to maintain project momentum. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards. Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and reports. Travel to various project locations as required by the company. The Successful Applicant A successful Traveling Superintendent should have: Proven experience in construction management within the education, big box, healthcare and light industrial industry. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage on-site teams and subcontractors. Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and standards. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Willingness to travel frequently to project sites in and around Atlanta.
