Assembler Motor Lead Pay: $21-$24/hour based on skills and experience (Rogers, MN) Assembler Motor Lead Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm Assembler Motor Lead Key Requirements: Electrical Soldering experience Above average mechanical aptitude Good verbal and written communication; proficient in writing, speaking and reading in English Operation monitoring and clear documentation Test/Quality control performance and analysis Critical thinking Assembler Motor Lead Key Responsibilities: Solders and assembles according to specifications, blueprints, or diagrams that illustrate how to complete the product. Bolts, clips, screws, epoxy adhesives, molding compounds, or fasteners for joining electro/mechanical components together. Effectively works in teams to assemble specific components of products. Tests assembly to make sure pieces are located correctly and properly connected. Ensures pieces are arranged, oriented, and properly connected. Accurately enters daily production information to stay on track with the production process and traceability. Communicates with supervisors and peers to make sure production processes are accurate and complete. Fully tests produced product to assure it meets company specifications, specifications and drawing requirements. Keeps work area clean, and complies with all safety regulations.
