Hospice Nurse (RN) Location: St. Louis, MO Job Type: Full-Time Monday-Friday schedule (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) Job Summary & Responsibilities: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality hospice and palliative care to patients in a home health setting. The RN will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide symptom and pain management to enhance patient comfort and quality of life. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting care plans as needed. The nurse will collaborate closely with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams while educating and supporting patients and families through end-of-life care. Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with hospice care regulations are essential, along with fostering compassionate and trusting relationships with patients and their families.
