Company: Orion Industries Location: Auburn Responsibilities Perform simple production assembly and part marking activities. Assemble mechanical parts, components, and hardware according to blueprints, work instructions, and engineering specifications Perform riveting, countersinking, and precision drilling on metal components Use hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments to ensure accuracy and quality Inspect completed assemblies to verify compliance with quality standards Essential Skills Mechanical assembly Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools Experience in riveting and countersinking Ability to work with adhesives Understanding of aerospace industry standards Additional Skills & Qualifications Troubleshooting process-related problems Verification of production conformance using specifications and drawings Training staff and recommending qualifications on specific processes Proficiency in Clamp Block Cell operations Inspection experience utilizing calipers Performing cycle counts and navigating customer portals Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment includes two shift options: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., or Monday to Thursday from 3:25 p.m. to 1:55 a.m. The company operates in the aerospace industry, offering job stability and the opportunity to work with advanced technologies and equipment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
