Travel RN - Neurology - $3,365 per week

AMHS Staffing Alliance is seeking a travel nurse RN Neuro PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Albany, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Neuro PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel D5E is a neurosciences unit. The PCU has 22 neuro progressive care beds with patients requiring monitoring from every 15 minutes to every 2 hours. Patients in the PCU are those with fresh strokes, subarachnoid hemorrhages, TPA administration – either initiated or maintained on the unit, craniotomies, ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, SEPS drains, anti-hypertensive medication drips such as Cleviprex and other neuro patients requiring close monitoring. Minimum Qualifications: Must have 2 years RN experience in a hospital setting & NYS RN License. Must have SEPS & EVD experience. Must know EPIC EMR. AMHS Staffing Alliance Job ID #AMC-15064.
