As part of our team, you'll build meaningful relationships while helping clients age safely and comfortably in their own homes. Responsibilities With empathy, professionalism, and care, you will: Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with light meal preparation and housekeeping Support clients with bathing, grooming, and toileting Offer medication reminders and mobility assistance Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and activities QualificationsCNA or HHA certification preferred OR 6 months full-time / 12 months part-time experience caring for seniors or chronically ill individuals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation; valid driver's license and auto insurance required if transporting clients Proof of current TB testing Ability to safely perform the physical duties of the role Dependable, punctual, and compassionate demeanor Ability to pass a national criminal background check and all state-required screenings Preferred: 1,000 hours of long-term care experience (Not required for newly licensed CNAs or PCAs) BenefitsEqual Opportunity Employer (EOE) Liability insurance and workers' compensation provided Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance COVID-19 Policy COVID-19 vaccination is not required; however, some clients may request vaccinated caregivers.
