Email your resume today to [email protected] . 1st Shift: 6am - 6pm 2nd Shift: 4pm - 4am Perks & Benefits Casual Dress Code Paid Training Weekly paychecks Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options Medical / Dental Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off $16.50 - $17.00/Hour Employment Type & Shifts Full Time Temp to Hire 1st Shift 2nd Shift Job Responsibilities Conduct new start and continuous training in assigned departments Provide constant guiding and coaching floor presence for associates Conduct shift check-ins and assist the SMX Account Supervisor as needed Ensure safety standards are being followed Communicate policies, events, and changes to associates Understand when to escalate associate concerns and issues to SMX or Callaway leadership Respond immediately to any accident and complete accident report if account supervisor is not present Maintain continuous communication with SMX & Callaway leadership team and assist with other supervisory duties as needed Must be 18 years or older Experience working in a warehouse/distribution environment is preferred Forklift Experience (Cherry Picker and Reach - not required but preferred) Experience in a leadership/supervisory position Experience in training/coaching others Strong communication skills Able to multitask and prioritize goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Exhibit a strong commitment towards safety Able to stand for duration of shift Flexible with scheduling and able to work overtime & weekends as needed Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Able to Lift 60 pounds Drug Test Stand for Shift Duration Must be at least 18 years old
