Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist assists the Accounts Payable Supervisor in various tasks related to financial transactions, data management, and vendor communication. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $50,000 to $62,000 per year. Responsibilities: Enter vendor invoices into the system, post invoices and prepare checks for payment Review unapproved invoice entries daily Match invoice details to purchase orders and collaborate with purchasing or project managers to resolve discrepancies Process employee expense claims using third-party expense management software Reconcile vendor statements Monitor the Accounts Payable email account to ensure timely processing of invoices and prompt responses to inquiries Qualifications: Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience with Viewpoint Vista or Great Plains preferred but not required Competency in common office software, including Microsoft Office products, PDF manipulation, and scanning Minimum 2-5 years of experience REF48058 #LI-POST #ZR
