Customer serice/order entry

We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our clients customer service team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our customers and our production floor, ensuring every order is captured accurately and processed efficiently to keep our manufacturing lines moving. Apply directly if you are interested! salary: $20 - $22 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Order Management: Accurately input high volumes of customer orders into our ERP/MRP system with a focus on technical specifications and part numbers. Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for order status inquiries, pricing quotes, and shipping updates via phone and email. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with the Production, Shipping, and Sales departments to resolve lead-time issues or inventory discrepancies. Problem Solving: Address and resolve order-related issues, such as incorrect quantities, pricing errors, or shipping delays, with a sense of urgency. Data Integrity: Maintain up-to-date customer files, including contact information, billing preferences, and special handling instructions.
