What You'll Do: Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, reconcile statements, schedule payments, and help Maintain accurate records, supporting month-end close and financial reporting during preopening and ongoing operations Collaborate with finance team members to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Assist with special projects, expense reports, and general ledger tasks as needed Play a key role in setting up processes and procedures that will support the resort long-term What You Bring: Some experience or coursework in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping preferred (but a strong willingness to learn goes a long way!)
