Community Living Connections (CLC) - (Madison), WI Looking for a meaningful job where you help people and make a difference every day? Community Living Connections (CLC) is hiring Caregivers to support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and the community. This role is also known as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) or Supported Living Staff (SLS). This is a great opportunity for people interested in human services, caregiving, psychology, social work, education, or healthcare careers, but no experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed. Many of our caregivers come from backgrounds such as customer service, retail, hospitality, childcare, food service, or teaching assistants. Position Details Position: Caregiver (Supported Living Specialist) Location: Madison, WI Full-Time Schedule Pay: $17 per hour + mileage reimbursement Why Work at CLC Flexible Scheduling: We work with your availability whenever possible. What You'll Do Support individuals with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, and organization Help individuals participate in community activities and hobbies Provide companionship and build positive relationships Assist with transportation, errands, and budgeting Follow support plans and document progress Work with managers and care teams to provide high-quality support Basic Requirements Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Valid Wisconsin driver's license Reliable vehicle with insurance Ability to pass a background check Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist individuals when needed Start a Rewarding Career Today! Prior to the background check being conducted, the applicant will be required to complete disclosure and authorization forms authorizing the Company to conduct specific background checks.
