Warehouse Coordinator Immediate opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator in Dallas. Shift- 6a-3pm Mon-Fri Pay- $18/hr Temp to Hire Driver License Req. Resume Req. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Assist Inventory Supervisor with daily inventory tasks: Discrepancy reconciliation, Inquiries, POD's, Restock/No Restock justification, etc. Manage the daily pick wave. Sorting orders and delivering to the Shipping Supervisor. Ability to recognize issues during sorting and escalating with the proper parties to avoid negative impacts to the pick floor. Assist Receiving Supervisor with receiving inbounds into Oracle. Also, problem solve receipt issues to find the proper resolution. Check and manage the facility training obligations to remain in compliance. Train all new Specialists and perform performance spot checks within first 90 days. Be the SME for returns/restocks, available and ready for all audits/inspections. Maintain professional communications with Customers, Customer Service and Management while processing and reviewing Returns. Enter in productivity data weekly. Vendor invoice review and reconciliation for payment. Flex hours to assist with cycle counts as needed. Accuracy, attention to detail, and neatness is expected.
