Kelly Services is seeking Kitting line Assemblers for a busy Manufacturer located in Jacksonville, FL 32220.Pay: $16/hrStart :April 13th ( approximate start date)End: 1-2 monthsHours: 8am-4:30pmThis position is temporary but if you do a great job they may hire you on fulltime.Job Title: Kitting Line AssemblerDepartment: Operations / ManufacturingPosition SummaryThe Kitting Line Assembler is responsible for assembling postpartum and baby product kits according to company standards. This role ensures all components are accurately placed, packaged safely, and meet quality and regulatory requirements for medical devices.Key Responsibilities• Assemble postpartum and baby product kits on a production line following standard work instructions• Verify correct components, quantities, and lot numbers before packaging• Inspect products for quality and report defects or discrepancies• Label and package finished kits according to specifications• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area• Follow all safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and company policies• Meet daily production goals and efficiency standards• Support team members and supervisors as neededQualifications• High school diploma or equivalent preferred• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or medical device experience a plus• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions• Strong attention to detail• Basic math and counting skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbsWork Environment• Manufacturing/warehouse setting• Repetitive hand movements• Requires use of PPE (gloves, hair nets, etc.)Virtual interviews will be requested for those that meet the skills and qualificationsAs part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
