Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing solar products and materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Organize and store inventory in designated locations Pick and pack orders for shipment according to company standards Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records Assist with loading and unloading trucks Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a warehouse associate or in a similar role Familiarity with warehouse operations and best practices Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Basic computer skills for inventory management Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for career advancement Employee discounts on solar products Supportive and collaborative work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
