Responsibilities for an Assembler include but are not limited to: Mechanical Assembly & Testing: Perform precision assembly of valve and switch components, kits, and sub-assemblies using hand tools and torque drivers according to technical drawings and bills-of-material. Quality Inspection: Read and interpret gauges, flow meters, and power supply read-outs to ensure all products meet quality standards; perform internal, external, and mass spec functionality testing. Production Support: Transfer components from staging areas to benches and package finished products per capsule sheets while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all manufacturing safety rules, utilize required PPE (safety glasses, earplugs, and steel-toe shoes), and report any potential hazards immediately. Candidates for Assembler must meet the following requirements to be considered: Education: High School Diploma or GED is required. Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and operation sheets; experience using hand tools and identifying production problems is preferred. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. in a manufacturing plant environment. Professionalism: Proven track record of integrity, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively within a team. What's in this Assembler position for you?
