Join ameriCARE - St Louis as a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver providing essential support and assistance to our clients in the St. Louis, MO area. In this role, you will help improve the quality of life for individuals who need help with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene. Provide medication reminders and monitor clients' health and well-being. Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients. Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities. Maintain accurate records of services provided and client conditions. Requirements Previous caregiving or related experience preferred but not required. Ability to compassionately assist clients with varying needs. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation REQUIRED. Willingness to complete background checks and any required training. Applicants must be 18 years or older and have completed high school or GED Service Area: We serve clients throughout Jefferson County and St. Louis County. Ability to travel to various locations within these areas is highly recommended.
