Assembler

Overview Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Other duties may be assigned. o            Operate hand and power tools and materials o            Make minor setups of equipment in assigned area o            Review production data to identify potential areas of non-conformance o            May perform tests or quality checks on assembled units o            Interpret drawings and identify needed modification and improvements o            Work with direct supervision o            Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities o            Skilled in the operation of a variety of assembly tools o            Visual acuity and manual dexterity o            Good verbal and written communication skills o            Good MS Word, Excel and MRP skills Education, Certifications and Experience o            High School diploma or equivalent preferred o            Vocational or technical training preferred o 1-2+ years production or related work experience required
